The Growatt BMS (Battery Management System) controller is an essential device positioned between the inverter and the battery. Its function is to monitor the state of charge of the cells and balance them by charging each cell with the appropriate current and voltage. Necessary for photovoltaic systems designed for energy storage, the BMS is required if the inverter does not have a built-in controller. The BMS controller supports 3 to 10 Growatt ARK-2.5H-A1 batteries.
