RETURN POLICY

For purchases made on Reestartshop, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per Legislative Decree of February 21, 2014, no.21. Exercising the right of withdrawal on Reestartshop is simple: just email us at reestartshop@gmail.com. You will receive all instructions on how to proceed with the return via email. Without the email request, the warehouse will not be able to accept the return.

The costs related to return shipping are entirely borne by the buyer.

The right of withdrawal is void if:

• the original packaging is missing;
• the product has been damaged for reasons not attributable to transport;
• the product has been used and/or worn;
• parts of the product have been removed.

Reestartshop will refund the returned goods within 5 days of receiving them, using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by individuals and not by legal entities. For purchases with a VAT number, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

WARRANTIES

All items for sale on Reestartshop are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The delivery note or invoice, sent in electronic format a few days after the order is delivered, will serve as proof of warranty.

The goods travel under our responsibility: products purchased on Reestartshop are entrusted to the carrier packed and packaged in the best way to avoid accidental breakage. In case of breakage of components during transport, Reestartshop guarantees the replacement of the part with an intact one in a timely manner and completely free of charge.
