All prices listed on the site are in Euros and include VAT. Any additional costs, such as shipping fees, will be clearly indicated before the order is finalized.

7. Right of Withdrawal

For purchases made on Reestartshop, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, as provided by Legislative Decree of February 21, 2014, No. 21. Simply email us at reestartshop@gmail.com to receive all the instructions on how to proceed with the return. Without the email request, the warehouse will not be able to accept the return.

The shipping costs for the return are entirely borne by the buyer.

The right of withdrawal lapses if:

• The original packaging is missing;
• The product has been damaged for reasons not attributable to transport;
• The product has been used and/or worn out;
• Parts of the product have been removed.

Reestartshop will refund the returned goods within 5 days of receipt, using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by individuals and not by legal entities. For purchases with a VAT number, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.

8. Warranties

All items for sale on Reestartshop are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The delivery note or invoice, sent in electronic format a few days after the order is delivered, will serve as proof of warranty.

The goods travel under our responsibility: the products purchased on Reestartshop are entrusted to the carrier packaged and wrapped to avoid accidental breakages. In case of breakage of components during transport, Reestartshop guarantees the replacement of the piece with an intact one in a timely manner and completely free of charge.
